Aapko bhi kabhi-kabhi hichki (hiccups) jarur aati hogi. Hichki aana aam baat hai. Kya aap jante hain ki hichki kyo aati hai? Hichki ki mukhya wajah hoti hai badhajmi (indigestion) jo jada khane se hoti hai, chatpata khana khane se aur khatte padartho ka sewan karne se bhi hichki hoti hai. Darasal jab khana sahi tarah se nahi pach pata hai tab hichki aani shuru ho jati hai.
Hichki aane ki ek aur wajah hoti hai tej bukhar ya phir typhoid. Hichki ko halke me bilkul nahi le kyonki hichki janlewa bhi ho sakti hai.

• Jab hichki aani shuru ho jaye tab aap 2 laung (cloves) muh me daal le aur phir garam pani ko pi le. Aap chahe to laung ke tukde ko chuste bhi reh sakte hain. Yeh tips aapki hichki rokne me kargar sabit hogi.
• Shahad me adha chammach sendha namak milakar khane se bhi hichki durr ho jati hai.
• Hichki ko rokna hai to garam doodh (milk) me thoda sa deshi ghee dalkar uska sewan kare, hichki aana jarur ruk jayegi.
• Khane ka soda jise hum baking soda ke naam se bhi jante hain use 1 glass pani me dalkar pine se aapach (indigestion) se hone wali hichki khatam ho jaegi
• Hichki se pareshan hai to ghar me maujud deshi ghee ko nabhi (navel) par lagate rehne se bhi hichki ana band ho jati hai. Dhyan de, Pyaj (onion) ko katkar usme namak lagakar sewan karne se hichki me rahat milti hai.
• Ganne ka ras (sugarcane juice) bhi hichki durr karti hai. Nimbu (lemon) ya fir podina (mint) ke patto ko sunghne se bhi aapki hichki rukk jaegi.
• Hichki ki pareshani ko durr karne ke liye 20 gm aamle ke ras me mishri ko gholkar peene se aaram milta hai.
• Shahad (honey) me thoda tulsi ka ras milakar sewan karne se bhi hichki me fayda milta hai.
• Sendha namak ko deshi ghee me milakar smell karte rehne se hichki aana band ho jata hai aur rahat bhi milti hai.
