Apane svasthy aur achchhi sehat ke liye log yog karana pasand karate hain. kuchh apane ghar me hi yog ke liye sthan bana lete hain to kuchh yoga class jana shuru kar dete hain. yog karte vakt hame kai sari baton ka dhyan rakhna jaruri hota hai especially jab aap 10-12 logon ke bich yoga kar rahe ho. aiye aisi hi kuchh galtiyan apako batate hain jo dusaro ka dhyan bhatka sakati hai :-
1. Jyada khushbudar sent lagakar na jayen :

3. Baten kare kam :
Yoga class koi park ya rishtedar ka ghar to nahi hai, isaliye vahan apane doston ke sath jane se bache. yog akele aur shanti me jyada achchhe se hota hai. agar galati se koi vahan dost mil bhi jaye ya koi achchha dost ban jaye to usase bate karane se bache.
4. Bina halla kiye yog ko bich me chhode :
Kai bar ham kuchh karane lagate hain aur phone par kuchh jaruri kam a jata hai… yog karate vakt agar aisa ho to chupchap bina halla kiye huye aap yoga class se bahar nikal jayen. isase dusaro ka dhyan nahin bhatkega. yoga trainer ko aap bad me ya dusare din apani class bich me chhodane ki majburi bata sakte hain.
